You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Resar on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Resar is an educational marketplace that links health and wellness products to cited research, scores, and shopper tools. Resar does not sell products directly, prescribe treatments, or provide medical care.

• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep your email reachable for verification and security notices.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk.
• Admins and operators with elevated access must use strong credentials and follow internal security practices.

You agree not to:

• Use Resar as a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care.
• Scrape, crawl, or overload our APIs beyond reasonable personal use.
• Submit false reviews, spam product requests, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to access admin systems, other users’ private data, or non-public endpoints.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attack the service.
• Upload malware, illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or undisclosed paid promotion.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or publication rules for user-submitted products.

• Listings may include third-party retailer data, affiliate links, AI-assisted summaries, and user reviews.
• Prices, availability, images, and retailer metadata may change without notice.
• Evidence, Safety, Effectiveness, Research Confidence, and Product Fit scores can change when research, product data, or admin review decisions change.
• Scores are educational signals — not guarantees of safety, efficacy, or suitability for you.

Product review requests and shopper reviews must reflect genuine interest or experience. We moderate submissions before marketplace publication where applicable.

Resar’s branding, interface, scoring methodology, and original content are protected. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial research unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Do not copy, resell, or republish substantial portions of the service without permission.

Outbound links (including Amazon affiliate links) go to third parties governed by their own terms. Resar is not responsible for third-party sites, products, or transactions.

RESAR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESAR AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY $0 FOR FREE USERS).

You will defend and indemnify Resar against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

Disputes should first be emailed to resarlinks@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using Resar at any time and delete your account from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
